Criteria for "Quicken cant find this number of previous transactions"

What is the criteria that causes the message "Quicken cant find this number of previous transactions" to come up when trying to add a reminder and use past payments for an amount? I have one credit card bill that has an identical payee, blank memo, same category (a transfer from bank account which is the payment), and no other info that I can see. I ensured no existing memorized payee in that report, I then memorized the payee to see if that's needed, and I still get "Quicken cant find this number of previous transactions" even though I clearly see on the same day in prior months identical transactions except the amount.     I suggest reentering the prior transactions using the reminder.

    Thanks for the tip. I added a replacement transaction for March and February and January, but no matter what I did it would not recognize the January one, it only allows me to base the payment on the last 2 months - I get the error message if I try to base it on the last 3 months.
