I also recently upgraded to Quicken 2019 and noticed that if you click on the minimize button the window does not minimize. You can resize the window and then the minimize button change the size of the window. In 2017 when you shut down Quicken it would remember the minimized window size the next time you started Quicken. If you want to look Quicken and another website you need to minimize the window. Just a pain to have to resize every time you restart Quicken. Other sub windows in Quicken minimize just fine.

If you haven't already, I suggest you try pressing Alt + Space bar and then to minimize the application window.

Yes, this does minimize the window. But how can you resize that window and have it remembered the next time you run Quicken? Long ago that was possible.

Quicken should be maintaining the application window size and position in the QUSER.INI file located in the user's hidden AppData\Roaming\Quicken\config folder. I suggest you confirm the same.
