Bill Manager - Adding American Express failing

I have tried several times to Link to American Express in the new Bill Manager. Each time I get a box saying "Connecting to American Express" then "Authenticated" with a green check mark, then "American Express is linked successfully" with a green check mark. There is no user interface control for "Next" or "Done" -- just an X in the upper right corner. When I click the X, the bill is not linked.

I have more than one American Express Card - perhaps the Quicken Bill Manager is somehow failing in that scenario, but the client does not realize there is a failure. Please help
