Cannot download account from Capital One. All other accounts download as expected.

Capital One download problem has been around for some time. Does Quicken plan on addressing this issue.?

@rjohn10 - I've had no issues since resetting my account around Apr 20th.  I also did a search for other people having problems with Cap One and found only one thread since late April and that thread was mostly about PNC with only a brief comment about Cap One.  All the other threads I looked at from mid-to-late-Apr had people saying they were getting reconnected either by resetting the account or, if that didn't work, by deactivating/reactivating the account.  Have you tried these methods?

Also, what revision are you running?  There were some people who were running older revisions who were having connection issues (not just with Cap One) but after they updated their software they were able to get OSU to work, again.

I had problems with Capital One downloads last week because of the IRS issue.  About midweek this week I was finally able to get the connection restored by resetting the account and it's been working well for me the last 3-4 days now.

I am still unable to download from Capital One. Anyone else have this problem?

Boatnmaniac: This is a thank you note, Followed your suggestions and I am now able to download Capital One Bank. Just needed to reset the account.
