Bill Manager Disappeared

Like many, I have used Quicken Bill Pay for a long time with few issues until it broke. (I am a 25 year online payment through Quicken user) I have been working to use the new Bill Manager features. They are completely non-intuitive. But thats not my issue.

I set up my bank, got the deposits, everything looked like it was going well. Even figured out how to make a payment, I think.

I open up Quicken this morning (one day after I made this payment) to make another. Its gone. There is nothing under Bills. No +, no gear, no listings.

Any thoughts on what I could do to get back? I am seriously thinking of dumping Quicken. This transition is awful.

    If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.

    I ended up calling Quicken support. Apparently this is an ongoing issue with Bill Minder which they have not tracked down yet. I was told to go back a backup and start fresh. Said it was likely due to a transaction which is an issue, they just don't know why yet.
