American Express bills do not download the amount or due date. How can I fix this?

Thank you for reaching out in the Community, though I’m sorry you are experiencing this issue. I took the liberty of reviewing your internal support account and there were not any connection issues being reported. Please check to see if the biller has a current bill available and then try using the UPDATE NOW feature in the Bills and Income tab.
Please let me know if this action updates the bill.
