How do i view a mortgage loan in transactions view?

When the user sets up a mortgage loan, how can he see it in the conventional transactions view? I need to manually adjust the register.

If you setup a loan for downloading you give up any ability to see/change the transactions. Only with a "manual" loan can you make adjustments.
