Add another "How Often" choice in "Manage Bill & Income Reminders" for recurring bills

I have a company that bills every 4 months and there is no category for that cycle. I enter it as a "Quarterly" and have to change the next reminder each time I pay the bill.

This feature already exists. Simply choose "Monthly" and then "every 4 months". Screenshot attached to demo this.
