BOA Billpay not downloading

Has anyone experienced BillPay transactions not downloading from Bank of America until after the transaction is posted?

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. Just to get a bit more clarification. I believe you're using BOA's direct connect bill pay but I just want to clarify that. If you want to double check right click on your BOA account and select edit/delete account. Click on online services and there will be a box that is titled online bill payment. 


    As far as them not downloading do they not show up at all until the payments posted? I know normally they have an orange icon until they've cleared in which they turn blue but I just want to make sure I'm understanding correctly.
