Can't delete an Online Biller that has an Error

I set up Verizon for QuickPay and it worked once. Then changed the password for the account. Now need to change biller password too to match; Bills & Income page says Awaiting Next Bill; but "Fix It" goes to crash/BugSplat.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your issue, though I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.

    In Bills & Income, you can edit the password by going to Manage Online Billers from the gear icon's dropdown menu. Then, click Edit Password (see below).

    I have tried that. Get crash/BugSplat either when click Change Password, Remove or sometimes just when click on Manage Online Biller
