Check Pay for Windows

I'm trying to use Check Pay for Windows and the [Check Pay] button does not show up as it says that it should in Quicken Help. Neither does Check Pay appear in the "Add Bill". Accounts are verified. Something needs done to enable those two things what is it?

    If you're using an Online Bill, you may need to wait for the bill to arrive.  Otherwise, you may need to select the appropriate payment account in the reminder.

    I am not using an online bill. I just want to send a check, like I can do in the "old" bill pay system.

    I have figured it out. The user needs to change one of the optional settings to "Remind me __ days in advance" vice automatically enter.
