you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. If you go across the top of your quicken you'll see a spot that says mobile & web. After clicking here you should see a small drop down with one of the options letting us select remind me to sync to cloud on exit.
Please let me know if this helps resolve this issue.
My mistake for not understanding correctly. What exactly happens? Does it not pop up or does it freeze? What version of quicken are you on? You can go to help -> about quicken. Did this happen recently or an ongoing issue for a while?We could try a validate and repair to see if what happens.
