Sync to Cloud crashes Quicken

    Hello @drockmkaer .


    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. When you do a cloud sync does it freeze and then crash or is it just crash anywhere you do it? When did this start happening? We could try a mondo patch as well to see if we're able to get it to work better here. 

    In order to do the mondo patch I'll leave the article here. The instructions on how to install it are also listed in the article.

    I also had the same problem. I had/have no syncing to cloud enabled. I noticed it once when Quicken started, after an update, a message about syncing to cloud appeared. I checked to ensure that I still had no syncing enabled.
    While using another application, mouse and other application, including system updates, would freeze for a few seconds. IRRITATING.
    I went around that particular problem by running Quicken in compatibility mode. Now, my mouse or other application doesn't stall.
    My system is Win 10.
