Can't connect to LPL Financial - "Unknown Type"

Hi folks. Running Quicken Deluxe R26.17. Recently opened accounts at LPL Financial, and having trouble connecting them to Quicken. When I try to connect by activating One Step Update for the account, it successfully connects and finds my three accounts, but for each one it says "Unknown Type," along with a message that explains what an unknown type is. This has been ongoing for over a month now.

I've found a number of articles related to this here, such as the below, but none of them seem to have any resolution for the issue.

I've managed to download a .qfx file for my accounts, but I'd really rather have it synch automatically.

Any ideas?

    How are the accounts exactly named or nick-named at LPL ?
    Do they have spaces, special chars, or a "-" ?
    I have seen another thread, for different company, where the "-" was the problem.
