Help | My Quicken Account issue

when i click on Help | My Quicken Account, i get a new window which is blank. Also, when i login to my account on Quicken.com, i am able to login but i only see a blank screen ( as well as the option to log out). I did see one other person reporting this as a know issue but this was back in 2019.... any help appreciated

    I'm able to re-produce the HELP, My Quicken Account blank screen issue.
    You'll need to contact Q Support to get this reported to development.

    Following your link, it worked perfectly.  My account info came up as expected.
    I'd hypothesize that this is 2 separate, but related issues.

    OHHHH, this is curious.  NOW, HELP > My Quicken Account is working properly.
    Which makes me wonder if my action of following your link somehow enabled the HELP path to function properly.
    Which would blow my hypothesis right out of the water.
    In any event, this is still something that needs to be reported to Support.  Let them SHARE (look but don't touch) your screen so that they can see what's happening.

  • i determined the cause on my PC. I use MalwareBytes PC s/w and chrome app to block ads, scam, pup, etc... and one of the sites Quicken needs unblocked for it to work is tags.tiqcdn.com. if i unblock, my account loads in Quicken and on going thru the website directly in Chrome... not sure what this site and they also have tons of other trackers on their that i am still blocking but do not seem to impact logging in

    Thanks... interesting that this is required to access my quicken account... it seems some sort of marketing/analytics service
