Anyone else find it frustrating to post questions?

Am I the only one that is frustrated by the inconsistent layout on the community website? It is *not* easy to ask a question, depending on which page you're on. For instance, I've attached a screenshot of what I see when I visit the homepage -- Chrome browser on Windows 10, adblocking disabled -- you can see that the "Ask a question" button is missing from the top left. It's only when I go into specific forums or threads (and even then, not always) that the ask a question button appears.

Is this just me?

I'm speculating here, but I would think that the Home screen doesn't have the "Ask A Question" button, since you are expected to search for possible answers before blindly asking a question that may or may not have been previously answered.
It is amazing how many times users will ask the same question over the course of a few days, when if they had searched for an answer, they would have gotten their answer right away.

Very frustrating including the snarky comment about "blindly" submitting a question above.

You can call it "snarky", but spend some time here on this forum and you will have the same opinion.
