Fifth Third Bank downloads

It's May 7, why am I still not able to download my Fifth Third accts? Has there been any new developments? The bank IT says it is Quicken's fault and Quicken says it's the banks fault. Why can't this get resolved? It has been almost two months now.

    Thank you for your reply. Yes, it is getting frustrating. It is now going on two months on this issue.

    I checked the "alert" link mentioned above and it says it is RESOLVED. It is not resolved for me! Just talked to the bank and they don't know when it will be fixed.
