cannot acess quicken

when clicking the quicken icon a window drops saying unable to initalize quicken run time componants

    Are you clicking on the program icon, or a data icon?
    What operating system are you running?
    Which Q product and year are you running?
    Has Q operated properly before this started?
    Q user since DOS version 5
    Now running Quicken Windows Subscription, Home & Business

    qw.exe located program files (x86) and am clicking on either program or data --results are the same win 10 is os. and am doing qw delux 17. q operated well before last update.

    I have to ask the obvious, have you restarted (not shutdown) your computer?

    If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.
