Problem with Manual Entry of Stock Transactions

Hi,
My PC just updated to Version R26.21. I have never seen this problem before, so I assume it may have been introduced with this update? I enter stock transactions manually from my monthly statements and have done so for years. After entering a 4/32/2020 transaction for a certain stock (buying a few shares), Quicken suddenly shows a $92 quadrillion realized loss due to this stock entry! The Holdings display doesn't show the 4/23 entry and says that I have a negative cost basis for the entire lot of this stock (roughly 100 shares held, purchased at various times over the past year).
If I delete this one transaction, everything returns to normal. Entering it again generates the same result.
Has anyone seen this issue and have a solution?
Thanks, Tom

If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.
Still not working?
Let's start with some "Troubleshooting 101" to ensure the Quicken software is installed and updated properly and that your data file is in good working order.

UKR,
The computer was rebooted before I posted the message. I did run the validation and supervalidation. The supervalidation did say it corrected the stock entry in question, but the problem still remains.
I will now try what Dan has suggested.0 -
Dan,
Quicken Sarah's fix got things back to normal.
Thanks!2
