    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. Do you only have the issue some days or have you not been able to update for some time? 

    Considering you tried the article that GeoffG has recommended I contacting us directly so we're able to take a look at the issue deeper. If you're comfortable with it I would recommend sharing your screen with an agent as well so that they're able to guide you through any additional troubleshooting steps.
