How do I resolve error OL-220-A?

Quicken keeps returning an error, OL-220-A, whenever I try to do an update to my Bank of America account. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks. Tried all this, but it didn't work. Spent about an hour on the phone with BOA tech support, with no luck. Decided to try an old solution that resolved a similar BOA issue a couple of months ago, and restored a file from before the problem started. That seemed to fix it. Am wondering if a recent Quicken update caused the problem.0
