RESOLVED 5/16/20: NEW 5/16/20: Chase returns CC-502/102 errors

There has been a reported issue where all Quicken for Windows and Quicken for Mac Users will receive a CC-502/102 error in Quicken when attempting to add or update accounts with Chase using Quicken Connect or Express Web Connect.

This is a known issue; we are asking that Users wait until later today or tomorrow before attempting to add or update your accounts with Chase in Quicken once again.

    This Alert has been marked as resolved and everyone should be able to add or update their Chase accounts in Quicken as expected.
