reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. How long have you been having this issue? Has it been recently today or for a while? We recently sent out an alert about some issues for chase but a different error but I'm curious is it might also be affecting Direct connect users as well. Also have you taken a look at the article here in regards to the 297A error? If you haven't I do recommend you take a look.
