RESOLVED 5/18/20 Chase Add Account Fails w/CC-502/102

We are investigating reports of Quicken for Windows and Mac Users receiving a CC-502/102 error when attempting to add/update accounts.

An escalation has been opened with our service providers and we are working to restore connections as quickly as possible.

Some Users have reported that performing an "Update Now" may refresh the account(s) and restore the connection for existing Chase accounts.

    RESOLVED 5/20/20

    This issue has been resolved and all Users should no longer receive an error when adding/updating accounts with Chase Bank.
