Help missing for 'Data entry and Quick Fill' preferences.

The following preference setting in Quicken Canada does not have any 'Help' associated with it. Can someone tell me what happens if the preference 'Offer to update past transactions when category is changed' and it's sub-preference 'Only when updating uncategorized transactions' is or is not selected?

The first preference Offer to update past transactions when category is changed means that when you change a category for a payee that has already been used in the past, you will receive a message asking if you want all the past transactions using that same payee name to change the category that they currently have to the one you are changing it to.

For example: 
Payee: Walmart, Category: Groceries > Payee: Walmart, Category: Shopping

• The category name Shopping will be applied to all past transactions using the payee name Walmart 

The sub preference Only when updating uncategorized transactions means you will be asked to do what was explained above, but only if the category you are changing is an uncategorized transaction. If it is not uncategorized, you will not be asked to apply the category change to any past transactions using the same payee name.

For example: 
Payee: Walmart, Category: Uncategorized > Payee: Walmart, Category: Shopping

• The category name Shopping will be applied to all past transactions using the payee name Walmart
