UMB Bank: Bill Manager Billing account "successfully added" but it cannot process quickpay
Has anyone else encountered this? I am unable to use my UMB bank as an online biller, even though it says "Your bill has been successfully added but your next amount due is not yet available from your biller. You should get the latest due date and amount when your bill is available. Try again". When I try again, I have to repeat all the information I've already sent them. I'm able to see my next due date and amount on the UMB website. I had to resort to checkpay, but am disappointed that UMB is not acting as an online biller when it should be. Any advice?
