Wells Fargo Credit Card Today's Balance and Quicken Balance Incorrect Negative/Positive

I have a positive credit on my Wells Fargo card due to a refund. So my card balance is (+) on both my Online Balance and my Today's Balance. However, when I reconcile my card, the Quicken Balance changes to a (-) negative balance. Help!

You are in a weird scenario as most CCs assume a negative balance during reconcile.

I would try this to trick the program:
    1. Make a backup of your file (just in case)
    2. Go into reconcile as in your screenshot and click Back.
    3. Choose the "Use Statement Balance Option" using today's date, and enter a -86.65 as the ending balance. Yes, use negative amount.
    4. Proceed to reconcile, and that should flip the sign to being positive.
During your next reconcile, you can again go back and switch to the Online Reconcile mode.

The reason why you need that "strange negative number" is because Q is assuming that you OWE.  But you don't, you ARE owed.  So, to convey that, you need to tell Q that the number that you're reconciling to is a "negative, negative" ... I.E., a positive.
