Not Syncing

I've installed windows on my mac computer. I've entered all my data/accounts on my desktop version. Installed and signed in on my laptop and Quicken doesn't seem to have synced. What am I doing wrong?

    Please provide the version of Quicken being used: select Help > About Quicken

    Quicken does not sync between computers.  If you would like to access the same Quicken file from another computer, I suggest you consider using a remote desktop client.
