    Hello @tvarnes

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. Are you getting any specific error message? If so could you let us know which one. One thing that we could try real quick as well would be trying to reset the account which will have us just re log into the bank. If you go across the top to tools -> Account list. Click edit on the your community first account and select online services at the top of a popup. There will be a reset account button that will have you resign into your bank.

Once you get a chance let us know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Quicken Francisco

Does it have to do with this post?

Update: The credit unions currently experiencing these issues are tied to a single service provider, that enables online banking for these financial institutions. Due to the high volume of activity around the Covid 19 stimulus checks, this service provider is experiencing server time-outs, which are the root cause of the CC-502/102 errors.

We are working with the service provider to restore service as quickly as possible. Please continue to monitor this alert for updates.
