sync duplicates memorized payees with blank categories

When I'm using the Mobile & Web Sync process on my Windows Desktop, I get a lot of Memorized payees duplicated in my list but with blank categories.

    Hi @josephcasey,

    Thanks for taking the time to post to our Community.

    You can try resetting your Cloud Data by going to Edit Preferences > Mobile & Web

    You should see these options towards the bottom of the window:



    Click Reset your cloud data.

    Make sure the "No, just reset my Cloud data" option is checked on the next window:


    Lastly, type "yes" into the box provided.

    This will allow you to start with a fresh copy of your existing data without losing any information.

    Thanks for this information. However, they did not resolve the issue. It took me several days after resetting my cloud data before I could get another successful sync. When I did I received duplicates in my Memorized Payee list on my desktop app, again.
