Bill Pay Update Error Message

I keep receiving a message after doing a One Step Update that a Bill Pay payment that I sent needs attention. It's been a week since the payment was delivered and the vendor has received the check. Checking the status of the payment shows its been delivered. Any ideas why I'm getting the needs attention message? Thanks.

    Chatted with a Quicken rep and problem is solved. Ended up doing a file validation, then a super validation which cleared the problem.
