CC-555 Capital One

    I am having the same issue with Capital One. I get error CC-555. Has been going on since May 1st. Tried resetting account several times to no avail. Please help.

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.

    According to the FAQ for the CC-555, the first recommendation is to wait 24 hours and attempt to connect again.

    If you are still unable to connect after waiting, please contact the affected financial institution's customer support for further assistance. There may be a block on the financial institution's side that may need to be removed.
