Issue with resetting the password on my original community account...

When I tried to log into the community with my actual account (ballu86) I get this message "You need to reset your password. This is most likely because an administrator recently changed your account information. Click here to reset your password."

I enter my email address to get a new password but the email never shows up (yes, I've check the junk/spam folder).
