Can't start Quicken

Moved to new laptop and somehow got logged out of quicken.com. Reinstalled Quicken 2017, and can't log in, so my Quicken file won't open. I'm certain I'm using the correct login ID and password. Error message: "Oops. Something went wrong, and if it still doesn't work, let us know." Thank you very much.
