    I'm having the same issue. Used to work with my RBC Georgia US accounts and stopped at some point (don't know the exact date) but I'm now also missing data all the way back to 09/18?! I also called customer support and they said it's an RBC issue. I called RBC and they said it's definitely not their issue.

    If you still need assistance with Quicken, please take a moment and review the information available here and post back to let us know what version and release of Quicken you're using.

    Please also let us know the full name of the financial institution as displayed in Quicken, as well as the Connection Type being used.

    Additionally, do you receive any error messages?

    The more information you can provide regarding this issue will help the Community to better understand and assist.
