RESOLVED 7/25/20: NEW 6/16/20: Chase Bank returns a CC-505/105 error

We are currently seeing an issue where Quicken for Windows and Quicken for Mac Users are receiving a CC-505/105 error when attempting to add or update accounts with Chase Bank in Quicken.

This is tied into an issue that Chase experienced yesterday afternoon.

We are working with Chase to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible, however, we are asking everyone to please allow 24 hours before attempting to add or update accounts with Chase Bank in Quicken once again. 

As an alternative, you may switch to Direct Connect to restore the connection immediately. For more information and steps to do so in Quicken, please see this Support Article

Additionally, you must enable third-party access through Chase in order to use Direct Connect in Quicken. This can be done through your Online Banking Profile with Chase.

    This Alert is still listed as ongoing, although the number of errors has declined overall.

    At this time, there is no ETA on when a full resolution can be expected.
