I see from previous threads this is not a new problem. I have tried the previous fixes and nothing seems to work. Can you help?

did not work. I had no problem downloading this account for since 2003 and probably before, but since July 2019, not able to connect. No matter what I try.0

Please tell us EXACTLY what happens. WHERE in the process that @Boatnmaniac provided does it go wrong and goes wrong in what way.

I can no longer connect to Voya Institutional Plan services. I can not reset nor "pretend" to add a new account. I have 2 accounts in this plan.
I get the error OL-220A
If by chance the add does work, I can select to link one account to my correct account, the other account it finds is not the same account number to my 2nd account. I choose ignore. NOTHING downloads.
The new account (ignored) has zero $$ in it so it, nothing downloads, but according to VOYA this is the correct new number.
I have quicken 20 on a win 8.
I have tried resetting, adding and just plain old download transactions. ZiLCH0 -
Ok think we figured it out, but I need help changing the Quicken contact information. It has the website going to the general VOYA site, and not the Institutional site. How do I edit the information in quicken to the correct website.0

@doraymattocks468 - Sorry to disappoint you but we cannot change the URLs for financial institutions. You need to contact Quicken Support and request them to get this corrected. Quicken will then work with Intuit to get this corrected. But before you do that, I noticed there are 2 different "Voya" links for account set up. Are both of them not the right one for your accounts?(QW Premier Subscription: R32.12 on Windows 10)0

You might have chosen the wrong Voya name when setting up the account ... as they have several.
