Bank of America - no error code but won't download

Quicken Deluxe, 2020, R26.23, Build: 27.1.26.23
Using Quicken for many years and BofA downloads were working just fine until last week when Chase started having issues as well.

When doing a one step update, I'll get the summary screen and it only shows a "?" icon for BofA. NO error code (unlike Chase). If you click the "?" icon it opens a page in Quicken that says:
Navigation to the webpage was canceled (of course, there's no URL bar so I have no idea where it's really trying to go to).

Doing a "gear icon" an Update Now yields the same results.
Online access is setup using EWC and has been for eons.

I can login manually to Bank of America just fine with a browser and see all my bank accounts and credit cards.

Any idea why Quicken won't show an error code and can't show its own web page? (BTW, if you click on the error code for Chase, it shows the webpage just fine).

OK, problem found/solved, although a bit concerning that:
    a) Quicken software reports no error code and won't show you anything
    b) Log files indicate no error

It seems BofA closed one of my credit cards (no notification, etc.) due to non-use in the past X months. Once I 'closed' that account in Quicken, it downloads just fine now.

I have been having a similar problem with Logix FCU for the last 3 weeks and have been in contact with them. They claim they have escalated it with Quicken and can only wait on Quicken.

Check your Connection Log [CONNLOG.TXT] for errors similar to:

20200618 08:08:55: Error- Missing FITID.--- [Retrieving data for ....
    ...
20200618 08:09:10: Not all required fields present. Object: STMTRS missing tag: LEDGERBAL
