Will Quicken fix OL-301-A error?

Since about May20, Q returns an OL-301-A error, Yr financial institution has rejected your request...." when I use one step or single update to attempt to download transactions from my Merrill Lynch brokerage account. I called ML, they looked into it, but have no explanation other than it's not on their end. All other accounts update successfully, including Bank of America accounts, but not ML brokerage or the cash account. I can log on to ML, download my data into Q from the ML website. I have "deactivated" and reactivated the on-line service but get an error stating cannot connect and "it's not my fault" try later. Does Quicken Corp recognize there may be a problem downloading from Merrill Lynch into Quicken and are they working on it. Long time user, Win 10, Quicken Deluxe.

    Is this an AI reply? The link does not address the issue. As stated in my problem, Merrill Lynch has no reason to believe it's at their end and was not aware of current issues or bugs being worked by Quicken. My question simply is: Does Quicken Corp recognize there may be an issue here and is there a fix? I've seen other forum questions on Q disconnects with ML. What do I do when ML states it's not with them? How do we fix this.

    P.S.  If you do: Help -> Log Files -> OFX Log, that will give the "conversation" between Quicken and your financial institution, but this something that your financial institution should be requesting to look into the problem, or look into their own logs.

    Thank you. Before I escalate, I want to insure the problem cannot be fixed on my end or that it's not just me. The problem just appeared recently (I did nothing different) and have had no issues. I tried to deactivate and reconnect the on-line service which has sometimes worked to fix similar issues in the past. Is there anything else I should try first? I don't want to put people out if it's something I can fix.

    Well I don't know of anything that you can do for such a problem.  You can run it by Quicken support if you like.
