RESOLVED 6/26/20: Citi Cards/CitiBank returns a CC-501/101, CC-601/101 or an "It's Not Your Fault"

We are receiving reports that some Quicken for Windows and Quicken for Mac Users are receiving a CC-501/101, or an "It's Not Your Fault" error, when attempting to add or update accounts with Citi Cards in Quicken.

Users may also receive a CC-601/101 error when attempting to add or update accounts with CitiBank accounts.

We have opened an escalation with our service providers and are working to restore connections as quickly as possible.

    We have received confirmation that a fix has been implemented and Users should no longer receive an error when attempting to add/update accounts for Citi Cards/CitiBank in Quicken.

    If an error is received, please search the error code in our Help Articles for step by step instructions to troubleshoot the error, or contact Quicken Support for assistance.
