problems with online bill function

  • I just subscribed to Quicken. I have never had good luck with the online bill function, but now there are two prominent problems: (1) Quicken frequently says there are no new bills, when the biller's website shows a new bill (or in some cases, an overdue bill); and (2) the due dates shown for bills are wrong by several months. I have seen a fair number of similar posts on these forums, but in each case, the problems have been referred to support. I can't tell whether there is a fix.
