Home Quicken for Windows Signing in, Passwords, and Activation (Windows)

I am getting Account Locked when logging into the app on Windows 10

My Windows 10 system and iMac are on the same home network. I can log in to Quicken.com on either machine no problem. I can log in to the App running locally on my iMac, no problem. When I downloaded the app on my Windows 10 machine I get the message that my account is locked due to too many login attempts. I logged out all devices via my account on quicken.com and still received the same error on my Windows 10 system.
Again, both systems are on the same network.
