No ability to actually get help here?
I'm having an issue with Quicken and Citi account downloads. I see that there is an announcement about a current issue with Citi. I'm getting a slightly different error message than what is listed in the announcement. If I were troubleshooting this issue, I would want to have all the info I could get. There is no way I can find to reply to this announcement. Also, no way to start a discussion about anything except the Forum itself and pre-sales questions.
