Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. That is quite a while to be having the issue. Have you taken a look at the support article here? If not I would recommend doing so.
With the amount of time that you've been having the issue I would also recommend contacting quicken support so they're able to take a look as well to see what the best step would be to resolve the issue. I will list our hours down below so you can find a time that works best for you.

I contacted fox communities and they said that they're aware of issue and working on it.0

now they say that they've fixed one problem & are working on the other. am now able to export but quicken can't open them, still can't download0

problem finally solved aug. 10 week, everything works like it should now.
only took 2 months0
