Trona Valley Community FCU CC-502 Error

I cannot update my register for Trona Valley Community FCU. I have been trying to access my account which worked perfectly up until the middle of April. Another thread reported similar issues with other CUs and is marked as resolved. I need to track account activity and I cannot access Trona Valley Community FCU via Quicken. I can access the accounts through Trona's website. I am running Quicken for Windows - Premier v R27.24 Build 27.1.27.24.

    I did everything it said to do several time over several days but none of those suggestions worked. I still cannot update my Trona account. And no. I did not deactivate and reactivate the account.

    What did Quicken Support have to say when you contacted them as instructed if the issue persisted for more than one business day?
