RESOLVED 6/29/20 CitiBank/Cards returns a OL-332 Error

We are investigating reports of Quicken for Windows and Mac Users receiving a OL-332 error when attempting to add/update accounts with CitiBank and Citi Cards using the Direct Connect connection method.

We have escalated this error with our service partners to restore connections as soon as possible and recommend waiting 24-48 hrs before attempting to add/update accounts.

    This issue has been resolved and Users should no longer receive an error when adding/updating accounts with CitiBank and Citi Cards.
