American Express Savings Bank FSB downloads stopped working.

No internet connection to their site. Tried to set up a new connection (they are still listed on the savings institution directory in Quicken). Quicken responds with "We couldn't get information about American Express Savings Bank FSB". Downloads had been working with Express Web Connect for over two years.

@PJD - One other suggestion (if your subscription is current): Your FI list might be out of date. To download the latest FI list go to Tools > Online Center > while holding down the Ctrl key click on Contact Info > check the box for Download FI list > Refresh. Then try setting up the account, again.

@PJD - Did you mean American Express Bank FSB instead of American Express Savings Bank FSB? I could find American Express Bank FSB but not American Express Savings Bank FSB which I tried setting up both checking and savings accounts.BTW, Quicken shows the URL is http://personalsavings.americanexpress.com for American Express Bank FSB.(QW Premier Subscription: R32.12 on Windows 10)0

@PJD - I just tried to set up in Quicken and it took me up to the part where I need to enter my login info for my online account. You might want to try again. If that still doesn't work, you also might want to check your version of Quicken, your revision of Quicken and your subscription status (from Help > About Quicken). Support for Quicken 2017 ended at the end of April. You need to have an active subscription to set up Online Services with financial institutions.(QW Premier Subscription: R32.12 on Windows 10)0
