downloading transactions from the web

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a follow-up response.I would next recommend running the Validate & Repair tool on the data file from the File menu > File Operations > Validate & Repair option.
In the Validate File window that opens, click the top box to "validate file" and then click OK.
When the validation completes, a data log will open in Notepad, please let us know if any errors or issues are found/repaired, and when ready close and re-open Quicken.
Do you still see the red flags next to the accounts after completing this step?

Since you did not mention what steps you've taken to resolve, I can only guess. The common cause to this error is a corrupted data file. The issue and resolution is documented here.

I followed all of the steps and I still see no downloaded transactions to view. Do you think I should just delete the present quicken money and download a new quicken once again?0
