downloading transactions from the web

Downloaded transactions are resulting in 'red flags' next to the accounts in the list, but NONE of the transactions are visible when I go into any of the accounts. I have followed the steps that others have posted to resolve including updating quicken with a patch and still no transactions appear for me to reconcile.

    Since you did not mention what steps you've taken to resolve, I can only guess. The common cause to this error is a corrupted data file. The issue and resolution is documented here.

    I followed all of the steps and I still see no downloaded transactions to view. Do you think I should just delete the present quicken money and download a new quicken once again?
