Issues with R27.24 Update
After the auto-update to R27.24, my Quicken 2020 program could not read my C: drive backup files. After trying everything, e.g. rebooting, uninstall/reinstallation, I called Quicken Customer Care, 650.250.1900. The solution was to clean all Quicken files (been a user since 2003) and reinstall. Before cleaning, rename Quicken shared files (renamed mine to "Trouble"). The path to the cleaning tool is Quicken.com/support, type "QClean" in the search bar. Scroll down to "First: Download QCleanUl," download, and follow instructions in the pop-up.
