Issues with R27.24 Update

After the auto-update to R27.24, my Quicken 2020 program could not read my C: drive backup files. After trying everything, e.g. rebooting, uninstall/reinstallation, I called Quicken Customer Care, 650.250.1900. The solution was to clean all Quicken files (been a user since 2003) and reinstall. Before cleaning, rename Quicken shared files (renamed mine to "Trouble"). The path to the cleaning tool is, type "QClean" in the search bar. Scroll down to "First: Download QCleanUl," download, and follow instructions in the pop-up.
