The issue with being unable to download transaction from Chase and US Bank through Web Express continue. The topics are "resolved" in Known Issues. It has been months, now. When can we expect a solution.

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I believe the issue with chase is still having issues but I have seen some users report that they were able to successfully get it back up by deactivating and reactivating. I would actually recommend trying that with the US Bank account as well since I haven't seen any posted problems with them.

The last time I contacted Quicken, I was told to absolutely NOT deactivate/reactivate an account - it is supposed to cause problems somewhere in the system.0
